| We enjoyed our two-week stay. The property is in a great location, very close to Siesta Beach with convenient beach access. The management team was very friendly and responsive, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, which we appreciated. For longer stays, guests may want to be aware that bathroom and paper supplies are limited and may need to be replenished during their stay. Overall, we had a pleasant & positive experience. |

| The location is great only short walk to beach after crossing Midnight Pass road. Also location within the complex was great as it was a very short walk to the road. Unit was stocked well with cookware. there were 5 beach chairs in the unit for use at the private beach. Private beach was shared with property across the road. This was great for the holiday weekend as all public beaches were crowded and parking was not available at the public parking lots for Siesta Key Beadh. Would stay in this unit again |

We have private deeded access to get to the beach, then our guests are to direct themselves to public access 12 which is about 300 yards to the left.
