THIRD FLOOR- BAYSIDE CONDO- PRIVATE… 7 day minimum stay Enjoy this completely remodeled top floor condo which allows for extra privacy with no one walking by your door. Enjoy an early morning picturesque sunrise on our private outside lanai with an unobstructed view overlooking the beautiful lagoon and family friendly heated pool. 1,000 square feet of living space that sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, spacious closets, amazing kitchen with everything you need to make dinner for your family or appetizers before going out to one of our amazing restaurants, some of which are within walking distance. The family room is spacious and cozy. This home is fully stocked with fresh linens, dishes, and towels for the beach and pool. We also have included beach chairs and a beach buggy for you to enjoy a day at the world acclaimed Siesta Key beach (ranked as THE BEST BEACH IN AMERICA) just a short walking distance via the dedicated beach access (gate code provided by the office). There is a large convenient laundry room located within a short distance of our condo. If you choose to rent a boat we do have boat slips that can be rented for your stay. Included within our community are 2 tennis courts (1 for pickle ball), basketball court, club house, barbecue grilling and outside eating area, and a beautiful observation deck at the end of the property to enjoy watching the boats and dolphins go by on the calm intercostal waterway. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley or Frog Hopper along Midnight Pass Road to The Village where you can enjoy more great restaurants, shopping, dancing, live music, bike/golf cart rentals, and so much more. Fly either into Sarasota Bradenton Airport (10 miles/25 minutes away) or into Tampa Bay (70 miles/ 1 hour 20 minutes away). We are also located just minutes from beautiful Sarasota, the world renowned Ringling Museum of Art, as well as driving to Orlando (2.5 hours) to such attractions as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Catch a game in Tampa Bay or simply do nothing but relax and enjoy your stay!
